Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to help run our busy car wash site. You will provide friendly customer service, help open and close the facility, and support management in daily operations.

This role offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Part-time and full-time schedules are available, with benefits to follow after enrollment and a company-paid PTO program.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable demeanor.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prepare vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape upkeep and pressure washing.
