Position Overview

The Team Lead is tasked with performing the daily operational practices of running the car wash facility and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Organize shift schedules for team members.
• Monitor attendance, tardiness, and time off.
• Assign duties to specific employees based on role and skills.
• Supervise employees and assist with tasks as necessary.
• Manage employee requests and transgressions.
• Train new and current team members on tasks.
• Handle customer issues and manage conflicts.
• Adhere to company policies and health, safety and employment standards.
• Balance cash drawers and prepare cash deposits.
• Greet customers courteously and explain available wash services; take and process wash payments.
• Perform cleaning of facility and maintain organization of equipment.
• Assist customers with car wash process.
• Move or direct cars into the express wash tunnel.
• Ensure proper vehicle inspection before wash.
• Ensure policies and safety procedures are followed daily.
• Maintain vacuums, trash cans, hoses.
• Maintain sense of urgency and efficient service.
• Other duties as assigned.
