National Pride Equipment Car Wash Superstore in Mount Vernon, OH is seeking a Team Lead to supervise daily operations at our car wash facility and deliver excellent customer service.

You will organize shift schedules, monitor attendance, train staff, handle customer concerns, balance cash, and maintain the facility while promoting safety and efficiency.

Position Overview
