Job summary

Cobblestone Car Wash, a Spotless Brands Company, is hiring a Site Manager in the Denver, CO area. The Site Manager will lead the site team, oversee daily operations, respond to customer concerns, maintain facilities and inventory, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure operational success.

The role reports to the District Manager and requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to manage shifts, schedules, and performance in a fast-paced car wash environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years in a management role in car wash or similar retail/guest-facing business.
• Demonstrated leadership through personal behavior and policy adherence.
• Ability to interpret P&L statements and basic financials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staff performance.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure service quality.
• Maintain inventory, equipment, and facility standards.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and scheduling.
• Monitor budget, goals, and business development in the area.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Marketing and Accounting to support operations.
