Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing/operational role.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience with de-escalation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with a focus on motivating teams.
• Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

Responsibilities

• Set, monitor, and achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain wash equipment, facilities, and staffing at high quality.
• Maintain knowledge of wash process to ensure smooth operations.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new team members.
• Manage site scheduling and labor budgets effectively.
• Conduct regular team performance reviews and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee inventory management and orders for site needs.
• Directly supervise all site employees and ensure accountability and performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
