Tommy's Express Car Wash is hiring a Retail Assistant Site Leader in Grandville, MI. You will supervise daily site operations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional guest service while managing schedules and inventory.

Qualifications

• 2 years of assistant management experience.
• Proven guest service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the site operations.
• Track and manage invoices for payment and record in the Management App.
• Plan schedules 3 weeks in advance aligned to projected sales and labor budgets.
• Maintain safe, secure, clean, and well-maintained operations.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure top-notch guest service.
• Perform POS and computer-related tasks.
• Open, mid, and close shifts weekly.
• Manage guest relations and retention.
• Maintain unit, grounds, and wash while monitoring maintenance.
• Assign team members to ensure efficient operation and quality service.
• Support in ordering wash parts and inventory updates.
• Communicate operations updates with leadership and enforce hourly inspections.
