Job summary

LUV Car Wash Downey, CA is seeking a General Manager to own a busy site, build a winning team, and drive our mission forward through top-tier customer service and operational excellence.

You will lead daily operations, manage payroll, budgets, training, and safety, partner with district leadership, and focus on membership growth and quality car wash experiences.

Role requires 3+ years of management experience, strong communication, and a track record in hospitality or service industries.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach and develop teammates.
• Create a culture of accountability within the site.
• Ensure compliance with onboarding, orientation and training processes.
• Develop and coach AGMs and high-potential hourly teammates.
• Partner with HR on disciplinary issues including investigations and terminations.
• Collaborate with District Manager to drive local volume and sales through community outreach and marketing.
• Assist in budget planning and forecasting.
• Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
• Review payroll information and ensure commissions are submitted.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance at the site.
• Foster customer relationships to build membership sales.
• Schedule weekly site labor and ensure efficient operations.
• Address customer issues promptly with District Manager support.
