Job summary

GO Car Wash is seeking a Site General Manager in Colonial Heights, VA to own and operate a busy car wash facility. You will oversee all aspects of performance, from equipment and inventory to marketing, sales, safety and customer service, with support from regional and central teams.

You'll hire, train, coach, and develop a team while driving financial results, growth targets, and an exceptional customer experience. A strong leadership background in service is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business preferred.
• 2 years of management experience in a service-related business preferred.
• Car wash experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate the car wash site, with regional and central support.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a team to standards and values.
• Manage facility, equipment, inventory, marketing, sales, expenses, service, and safety.
