Job summary

LUV Car Wash is hiring a General Manager to own a site, build a winning team, and drive our mission forward. You will lead operations, coach teammates, and partner with the District Manager on budget and community outreach.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in management, in hospitality or car wash, with strong communication and organizational skills. A competitive benefits package and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of management experience required; hospitality or restaurant background preferred.
• Experience in car wash or automotive industry a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, coach and develop teammates.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach and develop all teammates.
• Create a culture of accountability within the site for LUV’s procedures.
• Ensure onboarding and training processes for all new teammates are up-to-date.
• Provide ongoing development and counseling to AGMs and high-potential staff.
• Partner with District Manager to drive local volume and sales through outreach.
• Manage budget planning and forecasting with District Manager.
• Ensure site safety and regulatory compliance; maintain customer satisfaction.
