Job summary

Mr. Clean Car Wash is hiring Car Wash Associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences through high-quality service. Associates may rotate among roles such as lot attendant, loader, passenger side attendant, and sales specialist, always following safety standards and brand guidelines.

We value flexibility to rotate roles, with opportunities to earn bonuses in select positions; outdoor work and physical activity are required as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be at least 18 to serve as Loader or Passenger Side Attendant.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically able to stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service across all assigned roles.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with service questions or concerns.
• Promote and explain membership programs and services.
• Keep the self-service vacuum area clean and guest-ready.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the lot, lobby, restrooms and site appearance.
• Assist with vehicle loading and prepping as needed.
• Rotate between roles as business needs require.
• Follow safety standards and brand expectations.
