Mr. Clean Car Wash is hiring a Car Wash Associate to deliver a top-tier guest experience across multiple roles. You will greet guests, answer questions, and help promote memberships while keeping the facility clean and welcoming.

Associates may rotate between roles such as lot attendant, loader, passenger side attendant, and sales specialist, following training and safety standards. Outdoor work requires flexibility and reliability in all weather.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to serve as a Loader or Passenger Side Attendant.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service across all roles.
• Follow training and safety procedures.
• Deliver high-quality results for every guest vehicle.
• Greet guests warmly and answer service questions.
• Promote membership programs and services as a Sales Specialist.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lot, lobby, restrooms, and vacuums.
• Rotate between roles as needed and assist with loading.
