Job summary

Mr. Clean Car Wash is hiring a Car Wash Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences across multiple roles, including lot attendant, loader, and sales specialist.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be at least 18 years old to serve as a Loader or Passenger Side Attendant.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service across all assigned roles.
• Execute duties following training and safety procedures.
• Deliver high-quality results for each guest vehicle with attention to detail.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with service questions.
• Promote and explain membership programs and services as a Sales Specialist.
• Keep self-service area clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the lot, lobby, restrooms and site appearance.
• Assist with vehicle loading and prepping as needed.
• Uphold company safety, cleanliness and guest satisfaction standards.
• Rotate between roles as needed throughout the day.
