Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn and rotate among roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service across all assigned roles.
• Follow Mr. Clean Car Wash training and safety procedures.
• Deliver high-quality results for each guest vehicle with attention to detail.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with service questions or concerns.
• Promote membership programs and services as a Sales Specialist.
• Keep the self-service vacuum area clean and guest-ready.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the lot, lobby, restrooms and site.
• Assist with vehicle loading and prepping as needed.
• Rotate between roles throughout the day to meet business needs.
