The role involves rotating duties during shifts, maintaining a clean site, and promoting membership programs to guests. Candidates should possess a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including evenings

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be at least 18 years old to serve as Loader or Passenger Side Attendant.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service across all assigned roles.
• Execute duties in alignment with company training and safety procedures.
• Deliver high-quality results for each guest vehicle with attention to detail.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with service questions or concerns.
• Promote and explain membership programs and services as a Sales Specialist.
• Keep the self-service vacuum area clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the lot, lobby, restrooms, and overall site appearance.
• Assist with vehicle loading and prepping as a Loader or Passenger Side Attendant.
• Uphold company standards for safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Rotate between roles throughout the day as needed.
