Mr. Clean Car Wash in Cumming, GA is seeking a Car Wash Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience across multiple roles.

You may rotate between lot attendant, loader, passenger side attendant, and a Sales Specalist, performing duties with safety and brand standards. Applicants must be 16+ years old (18+ for Loader/Passenger Side Attendant), be able to work outdoors and stand for long periods, and show a positive attitude and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Stand for entire shift.
• Physically able to bend, kneel, squat, reach, and lift.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within multiple roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service across all assigned roles
• Follow training and safety procedures
• Deliver high-quality results for each guest vehicle with attention to detail
• Greet guests and assist with service questions
• Promote and explain membership programs and services as a Sales Specalist
• Keep the self-service vacuum area clean, stocked, and guest-ready
• Maintain the cleanliness of the lot, lobby, restrooms, and overall site appearance
• Assist with vehicle loading and prepping as a Loader or Passenger Side Attendant
• Uphold company standards for safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
• Adapt to business needs by rotating roles throughout the day
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management
