Wallis Companies’ BriteWorX Manager oversees efficient, profitable car wash operations, ensuring cleanliness and a superior image while promoting promotions and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role includes cash/asset controls and working outside with Brite WorX Associates.

You will manage staffing, schedules, safety, and on-site inventories, while analyzing performance and maintaining billing. Must be flexible for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Required: Equivalent to high school diploma
• At least 2 years of experience in retail, car wash, customer service, or related field
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Responsibilities

• Operate car wash to achieve sales, expense, and profit goals
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, image, and wash quality
• Maintain membership database and billing accuracy
• Develop staffing schedules and manage labor costs
• Work 40+ hours weekly, including some evenings and weekends
• Maintain safety practices and inventory reporting
• Address customer concerns and promote promotions
