Responsibilities span achieving sales, monitoring quality, maintaining member databases, and protecting assets. The manager leads schedules, handles irregular hours, and aligns with safety and training standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail, car wash, or customer service.
• Ability to read, write, speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate car wash efficiently to achieve sales, expense, and profit goals.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, image, and wash quality to meet expectations.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of the car wash membership database and billing.
• Protect company assets with daily deposits and petty cash audits.
• Develop staffing schedules to meet customer service needs and manage labor cost.
• Work irregular hours, including 40+ hours per week, some evenings and weekends.
