Responsibilities

• Operate car wash to achieve sales, expense and profit goals.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, image and wash quality to meet expectations.
• Maintain and update car wash membership database and ensure accurate billing.
• Develop staffing schedules and manage attendance to meet customer service needs.
• Work irregular hours including 40+ hours per week, evenings and weekends.
• Communicate effectively with customers, employees and management.
• Promote promotions and drive sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
