Job summary

Wallis Companies seeks a BriteWorX Manager to oversee efficient car wash operations, promote customer satisfaction, and protect company assets. The role involves outside work, coordinating with Brite WorX Associates, and ensuring safety and profitability.

You will lead staffing, manage promotions, and monitor equipment performance while maintaining excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma required.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail, car wash, customer service, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Operate car wash to achieve sales, expense, and profit goals.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, image, and wash quality.
• Maintain car wash membership database and billing accuracy.
• Develop staffing schedules to meet customer service needs and manage labor costs.
• Work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and 40+ hours per week.
• Respond to customer concerns and safety issues; report incidents as needed.
