Qualifications

• Experience: At least 2 years in retail, car wash, customer service, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Operate car wash to meet sales, expense, and profit goals.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, image, and wash quality.
• Maintain membership database and billing accuracy.
• Protect company assets with daily cash handling and reporting.
• Develop staffing schedules and manage labor costs.
• Work 40+ hours weekly, including evenings and weekends.
