Job summary

Mr Wash Car Wash is expanding its management team in the DC Metro area, seeking leaders who can run efficient operations, build strong teams, and deliver consistent results. The role offers pay from $20 to $24 per hour with weekly pay, incentives, and bonuses depending on the site performance.

Qualifications

• Leadership/supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, service industry, or similar.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Mechanical or equipment maintenance experience is a plus, but not required — we'll teach you the rest.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working outdoors and around equipment/chemicals.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and scheduling.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members.
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and daily reconciliations.
• Monitor equipment, chemical levels, and facility cleanliness/safety.
• Track key performance metrics (membership sales, labor cost, throughput).
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures.
