Mr Wash Car Wash in the DC Metro area is expanding its management team across multiple locations. The role offers an hourly pay range of $20–$24, paid weekly, with sales incentives and bonuses tied to site performance.

You will oversee daily operations, coach and motivate staff, handle cash and POS transactions, monitor safety, and strive to improve membership sales and throughput. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity with room to grow across levels.

Qualifications
