Job summary

Mr Wash Car Wash is seeking an operations leader to oversee daily site performance and staff. The role focuses on delivering superior customer service, coaching a growing team, and ensuring safe, efficient cash handling and operations across multiple DC Metro area locations.

The position offers a base salary with weekly pay, potential overtime, and performance bonuses, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership/supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, service or similar.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays and outdoors around equipment/chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and scheduling.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members.
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and reconciliations.
• Monitor equipment, chemical levels, and facility safety.
• Track performance metrics and enforce policies.
