Job summary

Trademark Car Wash seeks an Assistant Manager in Batesville, MS to support daily operations, lead a frontline team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will act as site leader in the absence of the Site Manager, maintain safety and performance standards, and drive sales and promotions across shifts.

The role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, strong leadership, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory, retail, hospitality, or service-industry leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn company systems.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in leading, coaching, and developing site-level team members.
• Provide ongoing feedback and reinforce performance expectations.
• Assist with onboarding and training new employees.
• Hold team members accountable for company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Foster a positive, productive, and customer-focused work environment.
• Oversee daily site operations in the absence of the Site Manager.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and ensure operational readiness.
• Monitor site cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance.
• Lead daily workflow and assign responsibilities to team members as needed.
• Ensure efficient operation of all wash equipment and systems.
