TradeMark Car Wash in Carencro, LA seeks an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and support the Site Manager. You will coach team members, ensure service standards, and drive a positive, customer-focused environment.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience, flexible scheduling including weekends/holidays, and is eligible for incentives. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of supervisory, retail, hospitality, or service-industry leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop site-level team members.
• Provide feedback and reinforce performance expectations.
• Assist with onboarding and training new employees.
• Oversee daily site operations and opening/closing procedures.
