Splash In, part of The Wills Group family, is seeking a Tunnel Car Wash Assistant Manager in Wilmington, DE. This full‑time, hourly position offers a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, with a pay rate of $22.50-$27.75 per hour based on experience.

You will oversee daily operations, lead maintenance, train staff, drive membership and wash sales, and manage financials while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completion required; higher education preferred.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience in car wash, hospitality, sales, or retail operations.
• Technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or car wash equipment maintenance are a plus.
• Comfort using POS systems and operational software.
• Weekend and holiday flexibility.
• Sales experience with ability to drive membership growth.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations including task execution and facility cleanliness.
• Drive membership sales and manage wash sales through engagement.
• Lead maintenance and ensure equipment reliability.
• Train team in sales and operations; foster a positive team environment.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain satisfaction.
