The Tunnel Car Wash Assistant Manager will lead daily operations with an energetic team, drive membership and wash sales, and ensure top-notch customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee maintenance, training, and the use of POS systems and operational software to support a high-performing team and a safe, efficient car wash operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in car wash, hospitality, sales, and/or retail operations.
• Strong ability to drive membership growth and sales.
• Comfort using POS systems, computers, and operational software.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including task execution, membership sales, and facility cleanliness.
• Ensure equipment reliability through routine maintenance and timely repairs.
• Build a positive team environment and train team members in sales and operations.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain high satisfaction ratings.
• Drive membership and wash sales through strong customer engagement and sales strategies.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and margins while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Utilize and train the team on POS systems and operational software.
