Splash In, part of the Wills Group family, is seeking a Tunnel Car Wash Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, support a passionate team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences at our Wilmington site. The role blends leadership with hands-on operations and a commitment to service excellence.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of supervisory background, strong customer service and sales experience, and comfort with POS systems.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in car wash, hospitality, sales, or retail operations.
• Comfort with POS systems, computers, and operational software.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying weather conditions.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily operations including tasks, memberships, and facility cleanliness.
• Ensure equipment reliability through routine maintenance and timely repairs.
• Train and lead team members in sales and operations to deliver great customer experiences.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain high satisfaction ratings.
• Drive membership and wash sales through strong customer engagement and sales strategies.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and margins and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Utilize POS systems and operational software to support daily operations.
