Splash In, part of the Wills Group family, is seeking a Tunnel Car Wash Assistant Manager in Wilmington, DE. This full-time, hourly role offers a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays with a pay rate of $22.50–$27.75 per hour, commensurate with experience.

You will lead daily operations, coordinate a dynamic team, and drive membership and wash sales while ensuring top customer experiences and smooth facility management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in car wash, hospitality, sales, and/or retail operations.
• Technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or car wash equipment maintenance are a plus.
• Comfort using POS systems, computers, and operational software.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and in varying weather conditions.
• Sales experience with ability to drive membership growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including task execution, membership sales, and facility cleanliness.
• Ensure equipment reliability through routine maintenance and timely repairs.
• Build a positive team environment and train team members in sales and operations.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain high satisfaction ratings.
• Drive membership and wash sales through strong customer engagement and sales strategies.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and margins while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Utilize and train the team on POS systems and operational software.
