Circle K is seeking a full-time Car Wash Attendant in Casa Grande, AZ. You will greet customers, explain wash options, and ensure service is prompt and courteous. The role involves light maintenance, safety adherence, and supporting the Site Manager with equipment tasks in a busy outdoor setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to work weekends.
• Able to demonstrate responsibility while Site Manager is off site.
• Enforces all safety policies.
• Understands the functions of all chemical room equipment.
• Assist Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs.
• Able to clean out solenoids.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and answering questions; explain wash options.
• Ensure inquiries and incidents are reported promptly.
• Perform Car Wash Attendant duties as needed.
• Troubleshoot basic XPT/DRB issues per DRB protocol.
• Complete Supervisor Level DRB training.
• Attend and complete 5 Day Preventative Maintenance training.
• Punctual, with proper dress and appearance.
• Minimum 6 months' experience as CWA before advancement.
