Job summary

All Clean Carwash in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Car Wash Supervisor to run the automated car wash and lead the wash crew. You will ensure smooth flow for retail customers and dealership partners, supervise operations, and maintain quality, safety, and efficiency.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in car wash or related service, leadership experience, valid WA driver's license, and availability for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of car wash, detailing, automotive, or similar service experience, with at least 1 year leading a team.
• Valid Washington driver's license and insurance-friendly driving record.
• Comfort with cash handling, POS systems, and basic computer reporting.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the wash, start-up and shutdown equipment, and perform routine checks.
• Manage vehicle flow and queue order to balance retail and dealership turnaround.
• Inspect finished vehicles for quality before release.
• Greet customers, explain wash packages, promote memberships and add-ons.
• Train and supervise team members, manage timecards, and help control labor costs.
