All Clean Carwash seeks a Car Wash Supervisor to run the automated wash for retail drivers and partner dealerships. You will lead the wash crew, ensure no delays between groups, and maintain high quality and safety standards.

The role involves shift openings, equipment checks, cash handling, and coaching of staff to meet performance targets. Washington state location with full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years car wash or automotive service experience with leadership.
• Valid Washington driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the wash, operate equipment, and monitor safety.
• Manage vehicle flow to meet retail and dealership targets.
• Inspect finished vehicles and address any issues on the spot.
• Train and supervise team members; approve timecards and manage labor.
