Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager and help lead the team to create a positive, productive work environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Learn daily operations: inventory, equipment maintenance, opening/closing procedures, site operations.
• Drive Wash Club membership sales and communicate value to customers.
• Support team development by leading by example and encouraging accountability.
• Maintain site standards: cleanliness, safety, organization, and efficient operation.
