Waves Express Car Wash in the Upstate South Carolina region is seeking Managers-in-Training to step into leadership roles. This fast-paced program develops your management skills while you learn car wash operations, customer service, and sales with guidance from an experienced team.

No prior management experience is required; you’ll receive hands-on training and a clear path to becoming an Assistant Manager, with opportunities for growth, a quarterly bonus program, a healthcare stipend, paid

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop Your Leadership Skills: Support the Site Manager, help lead the team, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Create welcoming customer experiences and help resolve concerns professionally.
• Learn Daily Operations: Assist with inventory, equipment maintenance, opening and closing procedures, and overall site operations.
• Drive Membership Sales: Promote our Wash Club memberships, engage customers, communicate membership value, and help the team achieve sales goals.
• Support Team Development: Lead by example, encourage accountability, and help team members improve their performance.
• Maintain Site Standards: Follow company policies and help ensure the facility remains clean, safe, organized, and operating efficiently.
