Gas N Wash is hiring an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations, lead a high-energy team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will drive memberships, upsell services, and train staff to meet monthly sales targets while maintaining top-tier service.

The role requires outdoor work, 40+ hours weekly, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Competitive pay with uncapped sales commissions and benefits complete the package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in sales, retail, hospitality, or automotive services.

• Promote and sell unlimited wash memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades.
• Educate customers on the benefits of different wash packages and add-ons.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of CSR's and shift leaders to deliver top-tier service.
• Handle customer feedback with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance teams to keep our wash running at peak efficiency.

As our Assistant General Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the General Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations, motivating a high-energy team, and delivering a customer experience that keeps people coming back.
