Mr Wash Car Wash is expanding its management team in the DC Metro area, seeking driven professionals who know how to run efficient operations, develop strong teams, and deliver consistent results. We offer a clear path for growth across multiple levels of leadership — with pay ranging from $20 to $24 per hour (plus sales incentives and bonuses), paid weekly, depending on the role you step into.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership/supervisory experience in retail, service, or similar environments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills required.
• Mechanical or equipment maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and scheduling.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members.
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and daily reconciliations.
• Monitor equipment, chemical levels, and facility cleanliness/safety.
• Track key performance metrics and enforce policies.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and scheduling
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Train, coach, and motivate team members
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and daily reconciliations
• Monitor equipment, chemical levels, and facility cleanliness/safety
• Track key performance metrics (membership sales, labor cost, throughput)
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Prior leadership/supervisory experience (retail, restaurant, service industry, or similar)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Mechanical or equipment maintenance experience is a plus, but not required — we'll teach you the rest
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working outdoors and around equipment/chemicals
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Must have reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Must be willing to work outside in all seasons.
• Must be able to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods, including the entire work shift.
• Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb, reach and step to perform job duties.
• Ability to carry, lift, push, pull and move up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment.
• Move safely over uneven and wet terrain and in confined spaces.
