Job summary

Mr Wash Car Wash is hiring across multiple DC Metro area locations for management roles. We offer pay ranging from $20 to $24 per hour with weekly pay, plus sales incentives and bonuses, and a path for advancement within a clear leadership track.

As a manager, you will oversee daily operations, train and coach teams, handle scheduling and cash management, ensure safety and facility standards, and drive key metrics like memberships and labor efficiency. In-person, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership/supervisory experience (retail, restaurant, service industry, or similar).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working outdoors and around equipment/chemicals.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and scheduling.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members.
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and daily reconciliations.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Prior leadership/supervisory experience (retail, restaurant, service industry, or similar)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Mechanical or equipment maintenance experience is a plus, but not required — we'll teach you the rest
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working outdoors and around equipment/chemicals
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Must have reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Must be willing to work outside in all seasons.
• Must be able to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods, including the entire work shift.
• Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb, reach and step to perform job duties.
• Ability to carry, lift, push, pull and move up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment.
• Move safely over uneven and wet terrain and in confined spaces.
