Job summary

Mr Wash Car Wash is expanding its management team in the DC Metro area, seeking driven leaders to run efficient operations, develop strong teams, and deliver consistent results. Pay ranges from $20 to $24 per hour with weekly pay, incentives, and a clear growth path across multiple leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and scheduling.

What You'll Do

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Prior leadership/supervisory experience (retail, restaurant, service industry, or similar)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Mechanical or equipment maintenance experience is a plus, but not required — we'll teach you the rest
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working outdoors and around equipment/chemicals
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Must have reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Must be willing to work outside in all seasons.
• Must be able to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods, including the entire work shift.
• Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb, reach and step to perform job duties.
• Ability to carry, lift, push, pull and move up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment.
• Move safely over uneven and wet terrain and in confined spaces.
