Job summary

LUV Car Wash is seeking a General Manager to own a busy Exton, PA site, build a winning team, and drive our mission forward with hands-on leadership.

You will recruit, train and coach teammates, ensure safe, compliant operations, partner with HR and the District Manager on performance, payroll, budget and community outreach to grow membership and local volume. This role requires strong communication, organization, and a commitment to customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of management experience required.
• Experience in restaurants or hospitality preferred; car wash or automotive industry a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach and develop all teammates.
• Lead site operations and uphold LUV standards of service.
• Partner with HR on disciplinary issues including investigations and terminations.
• Drive local volume and memberships through community outreach and marketing.
• Manage labor planning and create weekly schedules to standard.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance; maintain equipment with Facilities.
• Handle customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
