LUV Car Wash in the United States is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support site operations, help build a winning team, and grow into the next leader driving our mission forward.

Reports to: General Manager. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt. This role offers growth within a fast-growing company that values teamwork, hands-on leadership, and a commitment to customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year car wash experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Direct cars into the wash tunnels.
• Carry out visual inspections of vehicles before sending them into the tunnel.
• Perform cleaning of facility and keep areas tidy.
• Monitor inventory and assist with orders.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and SOPs.
• Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Assist with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams.
• Follow cash management procedures including daily reconciliations and deposits.
