Job summary

LUV Car Wash is seeking a General Manager to own a Frazer, PA site, build a high-performing team, and drive our mission forward. You will lead operations, ensure safety/compliance, and develop staff while improving customer experience.

The role requires managing budgets, marketing efforts, scheduling, and payroll accuracy, with a focus on growth and membership sales. Previous restaurant/hospitality management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach and develop all teammates.
• Create a culture of accountability within your site for LUV’s procedures.
• Ensure onboarding, orientation and training processes are followed.
• Provide ongoing development and coaching to AGMs and high-potential teammates.
• Partner with HR on disciplinary issues and investigations.
