El Car Wash is seeking a Car Wash Associate to welcome customers with energy and provide an outstanding experience. You will help guide the customer journey, maintain an immaculate lot, and ensure vehicles meet our quality standards before they leave.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and timely arrival for every shift.
• Clear, warm communication with customers and team members.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and set a positive tone from the first interaction.
• Answer questions, guide customers, and ensure a great guest experience.
• Keep the lot clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Inspect vehicles for basic quality and report issues to supervisors.
• Spot hazards and assist in keeping operations running smoothly with Tunnel Operators.
