Job summary

El Car Wash in Miami is seeking a Car Wash Associate to set the tone for each customer experience. You’ll welcome guests, keep the lot tidy, and ensure every car leaves with shine and satisfaction.

You'll work outdoors in all weather, lift up to 40 lbs, and collaborate with team members to deliver fast, friendly service. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred as part of a busy, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Physically able to work outdoors in all weather.
• Able to safely lift up to 40 lbs.
• Customer service or outdoor work experience is a plus.
• Available for weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with confidence and guide their experience.
• Keep the lot clean, organized, and safe.
• Inspect vehicles to meet quality standards.
• Identify hazards and take proactive action.
• Collaborate with Tunnel Operators and leaders to keep operations running.
• Keep towels stocked and supplies ready behind the scenes.
