El Car Wash is hiring a Car Wash Associate to deliver a welcoming, high-energy customer experience. You will help guide customers, maintain a clean and safe site, and ensure every car meets our shine standards. The role emphasizes teamwork with Tunnel Operators and site leadership.

Ideal candidates are reliable, physically capable, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather. Weekend and holiday availability is expected, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Physically able to work outdoors and stand for long shifts.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
• Clear, friendly communication to greet and help customers.
• Availability on weekends and holidays is needed.
• Able to safely lift up to 40 lbs.
• Previous customer service or outdoor work is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Set the vibe from the start by welcoming customers with confidence and energy.
• Maintain a clean, organized lot and be ready to assist at all times.
• Inspect vehicles and ensure they leave meeting quality standards.
• Identify issues and solve them proactively to prevent problems.
• Collaborate with Tunnel Operators and leaders to keep operations running smoothly.
• Keep towels stocked and supplies organized to support the site.
