Job summary

Mr. Clean Car Wash is seeking a proactive Car Wash Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences while rotating through roles such as Lot Attendant, Loader, Passenger Side Attendant, and Sales Specialist.

You will help with loading, prepping vehicles, and promoting memberships in a fast-paced outdoor setting. You will be trained to uphold safety and cleanliness standards, greet guests warmly, and maintain site appearance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be at least 16 years old; Loader role requires 18+.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service across all assigned roles.
• Greet guests and assist with service questions.
• Promote and explain membership programs and services.
• Keep the self-service vacuum area clean and stocked.
• Rotate through roles such as Lot Attendant, Loader, and Passenger Side Attendant as needed.
