Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Car Wash Attendant to deliver outstanding customer service and support all aspects of car wash operations. You will engage with customers, educate on options, and help grow memberships while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a proactive approach to daily challenges, with evening and weekend shifts required. Learn and perform opening/closing routines and quality checks to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older due to safety regulations around heavy machinery.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences.
• Enjoys working collaboratively to achieve outstanding results and support team success.
• Ready to take on new challenges daily with enthusiasm.
• Outdoor environment across varying weather conditions and fast-paced settings.
• Available to work early evenings, weekends, and adapt to scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and foster a team-oriented environment for leadership development.
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused workplace that is hospitable, fun, and growth-oriented.
• Provide top-notch customer service by educating and assisting customers in selecting car wash options and sell memberships.
• Safely guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel and maintain a friendly, professional approach.
• Take pride in keeping the entire facility spotless and guest-ready.
• Maintain the car wash, tunnel, back room, and vacuum area with organization and cleanliness.
• Learn and execute opening and closing procedures.
• Perform wash quality checks and basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Notify management of deposit pickups or cash deliveries.
