Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a hands-on Team Member for our Detrick, VA location. In this fast-paced role you’ll guide guests through the wash experience, help keep the site running, and contribute to a positive day for customers. You’ll be part of a tight-knit crew working across the lot, tunnel, and vacuum station.

The work is physical and front-line oriented, with opening/closing duties, maintaining safety, and supporting daily operations to ensure a clean and efficient facility.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Support sales and membership growth through consistent processes and knowledgeable guidance.
• Follow company policies related to pricing and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the Welcome Station and assist with sign-ups and account changes.
• Operate wash equipment safely at the Wash Station and keep the area clean and organized.
• Engage with customers at the Convenience Station and manage member accounts and CX.
• Perform opening/closing duties, support daily operations, and maintain a clean, safe site.
