Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Car Wash Attendant to deliver excellent customer service and engage with customers while maintaining site cleanliness. You will learn all aspects of car wash operations and follow standard procedures to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, promoting membership plans, guiding vehicles through the wash, and performing routine maintenance to keep the facility pristine. Weekend and evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences.
• Enjoys working collaboratively to achieve outstanding results and support team success.
• Available to work early evenings, weekends, and adapt to scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and foster a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused workplace that is hospitable and growth-oriented.
• Educate and assist customers in selecting car wash options and selling memberships.
• Guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel safely and professionally.
• Keep the facility spotless and well-organized across all areas (car wash, tunnel, back room, vacuum lot).
• Learn and execute opening and closing procedures.
• Perform wash quality checks and basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Notify management of deposits or cash deliveries.
