Job summary

Napleton Lexus of Milwaukee is seeking a Car Washer to keep our lot and vehicles clean and ready for display. You will wash and prep vehicles, keep the lot orderly, and assist with deliveries as needed.

The role includes paid training, certifications, cross training, and career advancement opportunities, plus flexible scheduling, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, vacation and sick time, and employee discounts. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to handle machinery safely.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Dealership experience a plus - not required.
• Great attitude and customer service oriented.
• Ability to operate an automobile.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local laws.

Responsibilities

• Keeping vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by the Sales/Service managers and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Transporting customers and dealership personnel, as needed.
• Assisting with customer deliveries.
• Ensuring all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot.
• Picking up vehicles from storage and deliver vehicles to storage and other dealerships.
• Assisting with weather related clean up when necessary.
• Other duties assigned by management.
