Napleton Automotive Group in Kentucky is seeking a Car Washer to help maintain the cleanliness and readiness of vehicles on the lot. You will ensure vehicles are clean, moved as directed, and prepared for customer delivery.

This position offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, plus a 401k. No prior dealership experience required; we value a great attitude and safety-aware approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to handle machinery safely.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Great attitude and customer service oriented.
• Ability to operate a vehicle.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly and move units as directed by managers.
• Transport customers and dealership personnel as needed.
• Assist with customer deliveries.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot.
• Pickup vehicles from storage and deliver to storage/other dealerships.
• Assist with weather-related clean up and other duties.

Job Responsibilities:

• Keeping vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by the Sales/Service managers and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Transporting customers and dealership personnel, as needed.
• Assisting with customer deliveries.
• Ensuring all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot.
• Picking up vehicles from storage and deliver vehicles to storage and other dealerships.
• Assisting with weather related clean up when necessary.
• Other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to handle machinery safely.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Dealership experience a plus-not required.
